The „MIX 8” is an essential unit for all those laboratorieswithout pasteurizers for the preparation of icecream mixes starting from fresh ingredients, for thehot melting of powders, cocoa, oily pastes and muchmore. It is a precious tool for the preparation of culinaryspecialities requiring a gentle heating with continuousagitation. The dynamic glycol bain-marie system allows the set up of the temperature up to90°C (194°F) for a gentle heating, without changingthe organic characteristics of the products.
